In a pandemic there are two sides to the coin. Two avenues of approach which Trump did not accomplish well.

A. There has to be a medical leader and team of various medical entities. There duties include:
- Research the pathogen
- Research for vaccinations
- Giving guidance to the hospitals and states
- Giving strategic medical messages to the public
- Supporting states and hospitals
- Monitoring metrics and PPEs

B. The other side of the coin is to organize a team that takes advantage of all the expertise and capacities of Federal Cabinets and Agencies. It provides for capacities and crosstalk to support states and hospitals in a vertical manner as well. This is a large undertaking and DHS has the lead to provide leadership to this interagency team. Not all cabinets and agencies are applicable.

ARNORTH has a 3 star Combatant Commander and a superb and varied staff who monitors all the threats against the country to include pandemics. The Commander will determine how DOD assets will be used for pandemic purposes. I firmly believe ARNORTH is a force multiplier as it can track many tasks and missions simultaneously. It provides liaison officers to the states and can use FEMA funds to make and pay for contracts quickly. As an example it can use FEMA funds to charter planes or purchase requisite supplies.

The US should have started assembling these teams in February but did not.

Not sure what on earth he is going to do with COVID-19 if we already have a vaccine that is 90% effective. I think he could supervise distribution maybe? Re-entry to Paris climate will slam the brakes on the NYSE increases and probably Economic growth as well, so I do encourage him to do that. It will ensure a one term Presidency.

SPC Erich Guenther He plans on introducing a national mask mandate he said if science calls for lock downs hell do it but by the time he takes off well be at the apex of this wave. He will be apart of pfizer an whoever elses vaccines to come. An there are ways to push climate change without AOC stupid new green deal. I think the best direction for energy is forth generation reactors that don't require massive cooling towers as plants built in the 60-90s cost effective clean will produce jobs. It's the only viable option to fossil fuels.

PFC (Join to see) - He can't order a lock down just like Trump could not order a Federal shutdown of the states. It runs against the wording of the Constitution and would lead to a Constitutional Crises. Not all the states shutdown under Trump, a few stayed open. The National Mask Mandate is what exactly? He can ask everyone wear a mask but he cannot mandate it under Federal Law. Again it runs against the specific wording of the Constitution. So what Biden promised in those two cases or what he implied he would do was deliberately misleading, he does know better as a Senator where the boundries lie in both areas.
