SSgt Ray Stone Yeah, thugs! I bet they deserve to be run down.
P.S. For anyone reading this, if it isn't obvious, this is all tongue in cheek. I have no desire or wish to run anyone down, or that anyone else should run anyone down.

SFC John Wade - That's what people called them at the time for doing it. I'm just using the same standard for this instance.

Cpl (Join to see) - You are correct that it is likely the white Biden SUV hit the black truck but in many states (I'd have to look at Texas laws on road rage and driving to endanger/reckless driving) the drivers of the black pickup were responsible.
That is to say that the driver in the black pickup, in a premeditated way, were driving aggressively towards other drivers on the road. Due to that illegal activity, they ended up in the blind spot of the white SUV and caused an accident.
Edit to add: it turns out reckless driving is a crime in TX and the members of the Trump convoy were clearly doing that.

The white car is shown in the pickups lane, that makes the reckeless driver liable. Using a vehicle dangerously makes it a deadly weapon. If the driver of the pickup retaliated... castle doctrine in the state of Texas applies.

Cpl (Join to see) - No, not if the reason the white car when into the pickup's lane was because the black pickup ended up in the white car's blind spot because they were driving recklessly. Then the black pickup driver, while committing a crime, created a foreseeable chain of events that led to the accident.

Is there an accident report that you can provide or did you pull that out of the ether? That's a stretch mot gymnasts could never reach and you are reaching pretty far kevin!
