Context matters. Given the political nature of our nation right now I highly doubt he'll get a slap on the wrist. Change commands, sure. Learn from it and move on. But I don't think he should be forced retired or anything.

As a Black soldier, it's one of those things were you have to be cognizant. I cannot listen to music that says a word that I wouldn't want someone else saying. That's just retarded. Secondly, there's a big difference from singing a long to a song and saying that towards someone.
