Watch: Barrett can't name all five freedoms of the First Amendment

He's not a Supreme Court Justice claiming to follow the originality of the Constitution is he? Yeah sure you should know better as a Congressmember. But the point is everyone keeps saying "oh she's an originalist for the Constitution. She follows it to the letter." Kind of hard to do that when you can't even name the rights in the First Amendment.

But yeah make excuses like everyone makes excuses for Trump and his minions. You'd think as someone who claims to know the Constitution so well and whose job is to interpret it would know it.

When we consider the fact that Judge Barrett repeatedly fielded the inane "questions" from Dem senators reading hesitantly from copious notes provided by their staffs, while Judge Barrett replied to their "inaccuracies" from memory, and when asked about it, displayed a blank note pad.
No, "Chuckie" is "only" the Senate Minority Leader. So of course, he can be forgiven for incompetence in basic Civics.
No excuses needed for Judge Barrett's replies. The laughable weakness of your attempt to belittle her proves that.
