1stSgt Nelson Kerr Exactly, Good Point. I Haven't Had a Clearance for 23 Years Now so No Reading My Old Papers CIA/DIA/NSA Daily Intelligence Brief. Now I Must Resort to Open Source Intelligence. If I had to Harken a Guess Yes China is Flush with Money and they're Spending Big Time on their Naval Capabilities but I'm Sure We Still Put them to Shame. They More have More "Targets" for Us Now and are Expanding their "Footprint.
