Colorado caught asking illegal aliens, dead people to register to vote

Asking dead people to vote?

NO illegal voting!

I understand why illegal aliens might be asked to register and vote my friend MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D.. However it is ludicrous to 'ask" a dead person to vote. Usually they just update the voting record from deceased to living.

I looked for confirmation from a relatively unbiased source and could not find one.
I suspect this is either an old story resurrected from somewhere or a farbication.
