I agree that Chris Wallace lost control as moderator... He should have stopped them both - hard and told them the expectations of the American people... Period... That said, what happened was bound to happen based on a number of elements that I won't go into here...

Whichever moron did not foresee that happening and insist on total mike control by a neutral 3rd party should be fired, then rehired and fired again.
We know they were going to talk over each other and ignore time limits, responses allowed ect.
Mod Mic on, candidates off ; Reminder to both guests tonight, the green light will come on when your speaking time starts, the yellow light on your podium will come on when you have 30 sec remaining, the red light will come on when you have 5 seconds remaining, at exactly 5 min the mic will be shut off, you are not allowed to continue speaking after the mic has been turned off. Your opponent will have 5 sec to gather thoughts and their time will start.
