The report states they confirmed this was not “intentional fraud,” and that it was instead a mistake, but they saw fit to fire the employee while concurrently confirming they need to re-emphasize training. If it was a training problem and the individual wasn't trained properly, why would they fire the individual? If the person was trained properly, why do they need more training? Sorry but that really doesn't add up.
