We have over 200 acres of woodland behind us owned by two neighbors plus a flowing stream that flows to a brook full off trout and other fish. The lawn area I will NOT give up and sit under the shade of the huge trees. There are also peach, pear and apple trees in the yard. It's a place the kids could play, thrown the baseball around, enjoy themselves and there are plenty of gardens, flowers and growth around. The lawn is easy to take care of and with My riding mower cut very quickly.

I use nothing on my lawn, especially insecticides. Kill the bugs and you reduce the bird population.
