Good for him, Taxation is theft. I applaud any American that can work the system and lower the amount stolen from them by a government.

Most tax schemers do nothng more than using the laws as written by the politicians. Using a law as it's written is not against the law. Anyone who thinks Trump himself does his own taxes is delusional. He hires attorneys and accountants to file those taxes. If there are any questionable filings, why aren't they targeting the law and accounting firms employed to manage those filings?

Cpl (Join to see) - Ordinarily the taxpayer will be responsible for any additional income tax, but the preparer can potentially be held liable for the additional penalties and interest. Quite often, the economics are such that the tax preparer is left with small claims court as the only viable economic option.

Cpl (Join to see) - Yeah Trump could end up being responsible for any additional income tax and his tax preparer(s) may be held liable. So who knows how it will go.
