How nice of him. Now maybe he can pay the medical bills of the hardworking Americans who have been devasted by losing their jobs with a severe illness which they had no control over.

SGT (Join to see) Bloomberg is an idiot. I thought felons were not allowed to vote unless their rights were restored.

That is true. Florida passed a referendum restoring voting rights to convicted felons who completed their sentence. Then the conservative courts decided to invalidate the people's voice.

MSG Joseph Cristofaro - Wrong. It needed no additional legislation to go into effect. The Republican controlled state legislature created the law to subvert the will of the people, the Republican Governor signed it, and several other courts have struck it down.

We overwhelmingly passed a law to restore their voting rights and that scared state GOP so, after the fact, they passed a law that said despite what voters wanted felons had to pay all fines first. Interestingly many counties didn't have the faintest idea what fines were owed so those felons could vote. But for those who had known listed fines Bloombergs action now allows these people to do as the voters wanted. If allowing people to do as voters wanted makes someone an idiot in your mind, so be it!

Im glad I was out of NYC long before he was Mayor SGT Robert Pryor. I was close to him a few years ago at a 911 observance. I wanted to tell him what an ass he is!
