Bill and Melinda Gates foundation was funded around 48 billion by the couple by the belief that every life has equal value, the Foundation works to help all people lead healthy, productive lives. In developing countries, it focuses on improving people's health and giving them the chance to lift themselves out of hunger and extreme poverty.
If the foundation was invested with a return of 4% a year, each day the interest earned would be around $4.4 million.

I don't know about easier. The law of unintended consequences has set in on electric cars as electric car factories put out far more toxic waste than conventional vehicle factories. In low carbon generated electricity, electric cars may make sense
