I’ve read all about it, Capt Gregory Prickett. I also know how much he has participated, how much he has made and why he was appointed by Penn. My point was that he seems to be mentally deficient and his ongoing gaffes that are common knowledge do nothing but make the public more aware of his state of mind.

Capt Gregory Prickett, who cares? Not me. His diminished state of mind is out there for everyone to see and he continues to confirm it on almost a daily basis. If you wish to continue to pursue his one correct comment amidst all his other public record gaffes, knock yourself out.
