Don't speak from what you do not know or understand. I am from the South and generalizing like that is wrong. I was statione up north and out west and in the pacific and I can guarantee I have seen a whole lot worse than where I am from. The South doesn't have a monopoly on racism...just doesn't now nor has it ever fit the narrative to talk about it anywhere else.

Lt Col Scott Shuttleworth I am from the south. I have spent most of my life in the south. Primarily in Texas, Kentucky, and Tennessee. I have lived in Kentucky since 2007. I have lived in Washington state and Maryland and I did not experience racism very much at all. So yeah I do know how racist it can be in the south. While racism is not exclusive to the south, it certainly holds up to its reputation.
