BLM and Antifa are mentioned in this opinion piece
The riots have been going off and on since the 1st of June. Very little, if anything, has been said by the Democrats. Senator Ted Cruz asked the Democrats to be against the Antifa closet fascist and the democrats didn't really say anything. Kamela Harris actually said something about it today.
This will hurt them because they took too long to stand up to violence.
They also looked dumb or complicit by saying that you can't go to church and you can't go to library but you can go protest.
Even Michael Moore is worried. I recall the mayor of Portland warning rioters that this unnecessary violence was going to result in a second term for President Trump.
My opinion is they did not stand up to the marxist and anarchist perpetrators and it's going to haunt them in November.

If only the evidence that many of the riots can be traced to right wing activists didn't exist.

I am sure right wing activists have been there and we have documented those who did the false flag and sprayed BLM on a Starbucks in one instance. Believe me, if the right wing were involved you'll be while the wall on the regular media.

IMO Trump wants civil unrest to deflect from his miserable preparations for the pandemic, and he can say I am your law and order president and will fight the protestors with righteousness.

If that were True, the Democrats would have not allowed the preference of Protests over Corona Virus mitigation. The Mayors of Seattle, Portland and New York would have not have given in/chickened out from stopping the violence. NYC and other cities would not have given in to BLM and the closet Fascists. The Civil War we are in would have fizzled out. IMHO President Trump would be weaker than he is now.

Don't pretend this is the result of the Democratic party. Protests will continue because there are two competing ideologies. BLM ideology is police reform, the president's ideology is all BLM protesters are terrorists. Trump's actions facilitate continued protests.
