In today’s climate Jesus would be a liberal. In New Testament times the Pharisees were considered conservatives. Jesus knew their hearts and it Drove them to kill him.

Jesus was NOT a "social-justice-warrior" even though He called out injustice, and while He was known to hang out with "sinners", His persistent call was to "Go and sin no more". He came to bring the kingdom of God to Earth, not to improve people's lives on Earth.
