Quite a few people I have discussed with said the military is not part of the pandemic relief plan. It's really hard to educate people who think they know it all through assumptions.

I'm wondering where Pres Trump is in all this. How much has the federal gov invested in testing and medical R & D? Frankly, it seems like the POTUS is doing everything *except* addressing the pandemic.

California makes face coverings mandatory outside the home
Californians are now required to wear masks in a variety of public settings when social distancing isn't possible. The order by Gov. Gavin Newsom includes visits to high-risk settings such as healthcare facilities and while people are waiting or riding public transit.
