PO3 Bob McCord - My concern are hypersonic missiles that would travel a mile per second. Throw in the curvature of the earth and bad weather, and that becomes a tight window.

PO3 Bob McCord - Clouds would be an impediment to the laser. I think it only makes sense that part of our defense of ships will be an asset in the sky.
