A Michigan man who was refused service because he wouldn’t wear a mask in a convenience store stabbed an elderly customer before being shot dead by a female police officer.
Michigan State Police said Sean Ernest Ruis was killed Tuesday morning following a conflict that began when he entered a Quality Dairy store at 6:45 a.m. without a facial covering to protect other patrons.
