I know very little about this situation, so take this for what it is worth....
This ALSO seems to be a stretch of the RICO laws. I will say, however, that there is one major difference....
This is a state crime. Trump is a federal one.
I think BOTH are abuses of the RICO laws. I ALSO think both cases involve crimes - not saying anyone is innocent here.
