I used to do stuff like that. Now I use light weights, push ups, chin ups, walking, jogging. I'll see if I can wake up at 0445 that day. Thanks.

SSG Shavonde Chase Probably Wouldn't Hurt to get back to the Weight I was when I Retired. 169 lbs. Definitely Healthier than 215 Lbs.
