Thank you my friend SSG Robert "Rob" Wentworth for posting the link to the article which mentions an unnamed woman completing the Q course. The focus seems to be on now LTC-retired Kathleen Wilder who completed the course in 1980 and was awarded the additional skill identifier of “5-Golf,” for Special Forces only after TRADOC Commander General Starry intervened..
