I remember reading an article on how malls were looking for ways to innovate and attract more customers. This included having more entertainment-oriented aspects such as gaming/VR. It's sad that the pandemic isn't helping because even for those malls that have implemented changes, there's no incentive for people to go out right now. It's a shame.
