The Navy has shamefully made the USS Theodore Roosevelt’s former captain a scapegoat

I am not privy to the inner working of the Navy, or any of the military. From the article it certainly looks like the former captain is being thrown to the wolves. And perhaps that is the problem; most of us who are not on the inside of the argument must rely on what is reported. Thank you for posting the article.
