Unfortunately on tonight's 10 o'clock news KXXV Waco reported that an anonymous caller phoned police to say that skeletal remains of a human could be found in a field near Florence Road in Western Cental Killeen. Neighbor's said police showed at 11 am this morning. Fort Hood CID, Killeen Police K9 officers and the coroner showed up after noon and did a K9 search of the field. They found the body that was investigated then removed just before dark. They are investigating if the skeleton was female with the possibility that it might be SPC Guillen's remains. No news if the skeleton was exposed for over 60 days. Sorry to hear, no matter who it is.

SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth - Sadly KXXV Waco news reported at 5 pm that the remains were positively Identified as those of PV-2 Morales. A soldier who disappeared last August as he was doing ETS Outprocessing. Strangely I noticed that photos used in the report had his rank as SPC and his name tag had his mother's family name of Woedler, not Morales.

According to KXXV WACO evening news yesterday. The family of SPC Guillen asked FT. Hood CID and other law enforcement at a meeting, why they didn't get a warrant for email, text messages, etc; so they might get an idea of any situations that may have led to her disappearance. They were met with silence, no response. Perhaps because it had never occurred to any of the officers to pursue that avenue of investigation. Really makes me wonder if these officers are only half assed trying, incompetent, untrained, or really just don't care. Reminds me of the incident last year of an AWOL soldier found dead in his crashed car in a wooded area just off the road on Fort Hood. Supposedly his cell phone was in the car with him but the battery was dead. If law enforcement had pinged his phone as soon as he was declared AWOL his body would have been found quiet soon instead of well decomposed at 29 days. Found accidentally by soldiers doing practice land navigation techniques just two days before he would have been declared a deserter. Perhaps someone needs to rewrite the, "Things to do in what order booklet". That law enforcement officers should do when a soldier comes up missing! I wonder if such a thing exists or if Law Enforcement just wings it every time a soldiers comes up missing. Really makes me concerned about the quality of Fort Hood Law Enforcement. CID in particular!

If all that is the truth, give up the name of the officer. No place for sexual harassment or assault in the military

According to KXXV Waco news it was a Latino NCO who was speaking to her in Spanish. He was asking her very inappropriate questions that no one understood because they didn't speak Spanish. Also said second incident happened where an NCO walked in on her while she was getting dressed and NCO did not leave nor avert eyes. She had to demand he leave and speak loud for another person to get the NCO to leave. Never said if it was same NCO or two different NCOs. In both cases it was here say from a second party who was not present when the incidents happened. Like her friend that she had confided in. CID said they had investigated and found no reason to believe a chargeable offense had occurred. Now they are taking a second look at those incidents.
