The vast majority of police officers are just like these guys . They know what is right and what is wrong. There’s just a few that will use their badge as if it gives them the power to do whatever they want without any consequences. And I believe that their peers will stand with them . There will be a few that will not like what they did , but those will be the ones to stay away from . To protect and to serve has been their motto and it may be time to remind them of that . I may be wrong but I’ve been wrong before.

Small number of "bad apples" do exist...but they are not being kicked out.

Derek Chavin, the Minneapolis police officer who killed George Floyd, had 18 separate complaints filed against him during almost 20 years of service. While I do not know how police internal affairs departments work, he was allowed to keep badge and gun despite multiple warning signs that he was not fit

A1C Doug Towsley - Well said Doug. One of the use of force incidents was where some dirtbag pointed a sawed off shotgun at officers after stabbing two others. I would have shot him too. And with multiple officers on the scene you just cant decide who is going to shoot. Although with this guy he obviously has some issues. Hes sitting there nonchalantly with hand in pocket with his knee in the guys neck. The guy was no longer a threat, just stuff him in the car with three other officers that should not have been an issue.
