It doesn't surprise me, especially after Gov. De Santis issued an order that essentially forbade the release of causes of death.

This goes both ways, I have read several articles where some doctors have been pressured to add covid 19 as cause of death when there was no proof. Everybody is playing a numbers game to prove their right.
