Iranian destroyer accidentally opens fire on one of its own warships

The difference between a professional Navy with proper training and the slipshod sorts as in Iran. Granted Training accidents can happen in anyone's Navy but also the Iranian Navy wasn't very careful on ID of their targets, friend or foe. The modern Armed Forces of the day the Shau of Iran was in charge isn't the Navy of today's Iran with the extremist running it. Are they a concern ? of course they are in the current climate certainly dangerous both to themselves and others.
