Does it ever stop? The NYT is worried that according to "career LEO's (that) warn(ed) against setting a precedent" and some "Democrats (who have) accused the (current) Administration of politicizing the Justice Dept." after DOJ dropped the "trump-ed" (yes, I meant to do that!) up charges against Gen. Flynn. Apparently, the NYT has conveniently forgotten that the DOJ had been 100% entirely politicized in the first place with respect to certain high-ranking member's tremendous efforts along with other Senior Administrators in the FBI and certain other high-ranking members in the Alphabet Soup Gangs) to bring about an internal coup against Pres. Trump. Gen. Flynn's only mistake was standing between the DOJ and Pres. Trump.
And, of course, former President Obama felt the need to weigh in with his opinion that "the rule of law is at risk" in Gen. Flynn's case. I guess if I was the President that allowed the coup to get rolling with a precedented (Nixon and the Water Gate Tapes, and still illegal) action of spying on an opposing Presidential Campaign, Nominee and duly elected President, I'd be trying to cover my six as well. With all the evidence being brought into the sunlight at this point in time, the rats are starting to feel the heat.

Well, it is an MSN article so it might not even be fit to line the bottom of a bird cage.
Trump does and says some shady stuff, not going to apologize for that, but Barr has always came across as the adult in the room. If he says there was prejudice in the case and it should never have been launched I believe Barr. The more information that comes out the more that reasonable people have to admit that some hinky $hit was going on. If Trump wins re-election than we may eventually get to the bottom of this, if he loses I expect it to disappear overnight.

Barr is the one that said if the President does it, it is legal. He also said the President cannot be charged with a crime. He also said the President cannot be investigated for anything.

it depends on the context as to whether his actions could be considered legal or noy. He never said Trump was above the law, or that he could not be investigated for good cause (Mueller investigation was bullshit) and he never said the President cannnot be charged with a crime. He did point out the proper way to do it.
