That's Alright USS Arkansas CGN-41 Aimed it's Forward 5 in 54 cal at a Philippine Coast Guard Vessel when they were being "Problematic" about us Landing Clark AFB Dependents Refugees at a Cebu Tourist Beach following the Eruption of Mt Pinatubo on Luzon.

My parents were living near Clark AFB when Mt Pinatubo erupted. They were fortunate and contracted a Filipino transportation company to move their household goods. The vast majority of the Americans living in that area lost everything. The other fight was the military did not want to reimburse their transportation costs due to a lack of orders.
