Term limits! And the only way that we will ever get that passed is if people like you and I, on opposite spectrums, join together and petition our states to convene an Article V Convention of States. The founders knew that the legislature would never give up the power they amass over time giving the states the Article V option. The states will have to band together to pass a Term Limits amendment.

I know that several legislators have pounced on that idea of an Art. V convention even lying about it's intent, but they stand to lose, meaning they will lie to maintain power. Reading the language of Article V makes it clear, it's not a constitution convention, it's a tool meant for the states to take back the power that the career politicians have seized.

Cpl (Join to see) I agree. But we’ve seen today’s two party establishment sabotage state by state efforts to get an amendment to remove corporate money out of elections and an updated equal rights act. So not holding my breath that we’ll get an article V convention anytime soon.

Well she definitely deserved the criticism from the Progressive media and pundits since they too also considered her just as insensitive to the needs of working class Americans.

Politicians and celebrities have no understanding of the working class. They've locked themselves behind high walls with armed guards. They don't interact with the average person. They pat themselves on their own backs when they virtue signal. They are not gods, they are people who've elevated themselves in their own minds and it disgusts me to see average people kneel to them.

There are a few. You can tell when the establishment leadership targets them with criticism and threats to primary them if they don’t fall in line.
