He is switching the onus of regulation to self regulation by companies. I am sure all companies will always do the right thing.

SFC Bernard Walko - I have read around 90 EPA rollbacks, and I personally feel that self regulating will be more detrimental to the environment. The deregulation of EPA is across the board and will facilitate further pollution of our lands and waters.

It just floors me that anyone has this much animosity for our planet health. If I am not mistaken, his platform stated that he would protect the environment.
