Italy, Spain lead in deaths ~ 10,000+ 6,000+)
Iran France US (in that order) next ~ 2,000+
[China reports 3000 but they kicked out western reporters and allegedly stopped recording deaths so # inaccurate]
Despite having the highest cases of Covid19 in world, the United States DOES NOT have the hugest death rates thus far which is significant because the US has the highest population of the top 5 (most reliably reported) countries mentioned for most C deaths. The Trump Administration should be praised for taking strong effective actions to reduce the death toll. Thanks also to protective actions of Governors.
