What are your thoughts on virtual recruiting?
This time around about 95% of my interaction with my recruiter was via email, text, or phone calls because of my work schedule.

I think for most of the process it can be done without face to face interaction, but at some point if I were a recruiter I would want to meet the recruit in person to get a face to face impression.

This is actually a good question. I mean, we already do alot of screening and things through a computer anyway. Recruiters can log on and handle many documents as long as they have a laptop and a cac reader. Only thing is you can't really gauge a proper first impression over a zip file.
