The mistakes we make are that killing radical Islamic leaders doesn't eradicate the plants from their roots or the rot from the bugs causing it. It is necessary to strike hard at the epicenter of the terrorist organization and operations to kill the ideology from its root-to-seed (agricultural jargon). FIND, FIX & then KILL the enemy. Al Qaeda and IS are still alive operating from Pakistan with the financial assistance of the ISI and other terror financing agencies in a low profile, regional conflict, which aren't being detected my regional or global security think tanks. Al Shahbab will arise as a low profile regional terror module, if it's epicenter of operations is left to bud, flower, seed and regrow. These are just my assessments, as a Security Leader having worked in both India, the Middle East and Africa. Thanks for this share SSG Robert Mark Odom.
