Anyone who has worked there, walked the hallowed halls or had any dealings with the agencies in the Pentagon, understands why it is there and why it is needed.

SSG Robert Mark Odom I Got lost there so many times as SPAWARS 6211, Thankfully My guys doing installations there for WWMCCS/MILNET/ARPANET connections rarely needed My assistance. I could stay in My Office at NARDAC Washington Navy Yard.
