US, Taliban agree to reduction in violence, paving way for peace agreement

Reduction in violence - its it really a week of cease fire or is it more like a week to rest up, dig in and reload. Just saying Spring is just right around the corner.

Time for the U.S. to leave, but I feel for the average Afghan once we are gone.
