Trump's daddy is at it again. So trump fires Maguire then hires a loyal do boy with no Intel experience. The day after the briefing was given, President Trump abruptly replaced his acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire, in what the Post describes as a direct response to the briefing. The Post is less clear on the contents of the briefing, but the Times reports from five different sources that the briefing primarily concerned active Russian threats to election security.

Approve. Economy growing now for the bottom half of the Income Scale with higher wages and median incomes. Approve. Minority Employment at an all time high. Approve. Prison Reform. Approve. Afghanistan Ceasefire. Approve. Troops out of Syria. Approve. Playing hardball economically and militarily with EU/NATO. Approve. Building a Wall and enforcing immigration laws. Approve. Strengthened the military and improved their payscale. Approve. Find me a Democrat that would have done all those things and I'll vote for them. But the Democrats threw the Working Class under the bus after Nixon and the attitudes of Hillary, Bloomberg, Warren and others define the mentality of the current crop of candidates that are offering absolutely nothing for Fly Over America

the funny thing is, the Russians have been meddling or trying to meddle in our elections for the last 80 years at least. But no one seemed to have given two shits about it until Trump was elected. That makes me think that it's less about election security and more about their abject hatred of all things Trump.
