I'm shocked. Shocked I tell ya. You cannot dissent at all when you work at the pleasure of the president. You must agree 100% on all things right or wrong or collect your walking papers. There used to be a time when you could tell your boss flat out and with tact that you did not concur and move on. We are no longer operating in those times.
