I hope things get better in the future. This is why trust is waning between civilians and LEO's. With more info at our disposal and having multiple occurences like this daily, it breaks down relations. Food drives, charity functions, or other good community outreach done by LEO's gets overlooked because of some Asshat LEO pulling a stunt like this.

So even after the coach came to his defense they continued to treat him as a criminal suspect. Hope he had witnesses that heard the cop threatened to shoot him. He followed their commands, was subdued and not a threat yet continued to threaten violence towards him. Ugh no wonder many Black people just don’t trust law enforcement. Even when we comply we find ourselves treated like crap by bad apples in uniform.
