No POTUS should interfere with our judicial system, If he wants to pardon of commute the sentence, fine. But not interfere before the case is over.

PO1 James McWilliams - That is not what the investigation team that AG Barr assigned to look into the issue found. Barr's own people said there was nothing illegal done. So, who do you listen to?

PO1 James McWilliams - We are talking about Trump and Barr. Just once I would like to see Trump supporters address the issues without bringing up Obama and/or Clinton. But, ok, I'll bite; When did Obama interfere in the Justice department procedures?

Also, my post above was not just an "observation." It is fact.

They will continue to use the defensive triad as I predicted: deflect, distract and denigrate the fact-tellers.

Clinicians refer to what Trump does brazenly is entitlement. He now owns all republicans in Congress but one. He owns the DOJ, and the military. He will never own my loyalty or vote! As we all did the military oath, I continue to honor and protect our Constitution and the Rule of Law.

PO1 James McWilliams - and just think, if Trump had not felt he was above the law we wouldn't be in this predicament.

PO1 James McWilliams - 1. There were no "illegal" warrants issued. 2. There was no spying on Trump, there was a counter-intelligence investigation. 3. There was no "coup" attempt.
Stop the nonsense!

Hail King Donald!

MSgt Robert "Rock" Aldi - I am aware of the timeline. IMO, if Barr had been AG at the time, Stone would not have be arrested, not any other of Trump's crew.

Yep. He actually tweeted wanting to know the names of the four federal prosecutors. Why? He wants to out them for harassment by Conservative media and his base of hardcore supporters? Not very presidential or "Be Best" of him.

Short of murder, anyone committing an illegal act during an ILLEGAL criminal investigation cannot be convicted of a crime. Stone should not only walk "Scot-free", he should be able to sue the Federal Government for legal expenses and damages.

SFC Mark Klaers - Your comment is predicated on the investigation was illegal. Since the investigation wasn't illegal, your argument is invalid. I would like to see that rational in every day law enforcement investigations. Making a false statement is still making a false statement. Commit perjury in court, it doesn't matter if the case gets thrown out, you still committed perjury during a trial. But whatever logic works for you.

MAJ James Woods - I guess we'll find out when the results of the AG's investigation are in.

Tomeka Hart - possible perjury herself in looking at her social media. She is a lawyer so she could be prosecuted for perjury since the statements for jury selection are given under oath. If convicted she would lose her license to practice law as well she could serve jail time if she did in fact lie in order to affect the outcome of the case. This would as well result in an automatic vacation of the conviction and a new trial if the government wants to try Stone a second time.
