1SG (Join to see) one thing about numbers, you must have all the relevant information before it is realistically showing sound interpretations. Many people do not know that persons on welfare, disability, retirement are not factored as unemployed. Those number are factored into the economy gain which makes it apoear to have a stronger employment number than it really does. It is also important to know what the definition of job includes, gainful employment, 6 month temp assignment, day laborers, etc.

It’s better than pretending none of the economic gains between 2010-16 ever happened. An argument I saw way too much on Conservative media outlets and Trumps tweets.

MAJ James Woods acknowledging the economic gains are important. But inflated or deflated numbers need to be corrected, in order, to give a more accurate picture. If the number of people living at poverty level is not indicative of the upward economic improvement, someone's data is incorrect.

PO3 Phyllis Maynard If you really think they changed the way they calculate economic gains and losses cause of change in Administrations you’re just trying to convince yourself someone has to be lying. All I’m saying is the rhetoric by this Administration and the GOP has always been “the economic boom and recovery began December 2016”. That is just denial for personal bias.
