I am sorry, but I am not buying all of this. One: I worked on REACT when I was stationed at BMO at Norton AFB and that system has been installed. Two; I also worked Titan IV launches at Vandenburg, and I do not remember all of those old phones still being there then. That was in 1995! If this is a true story, then someone is spreading info that does not need to be issued to the public, and I really believe this is just someone trying to get more money for their Missile System because they believe they are not getting enough now.

The pink phones are not in the capsule. Also, the fact that we are using "old-school" technology is not new news. The old comms are actually more secure since they are independent of the internet. We don't need fancy phones to keep the Kremlin at bay.

MSgt Richard Randall - I'm not sure about that one. I haven't seen any blue phones.
