Not to mentioned the democrats apparently cannot conduct a caucus in Iowa to select their candidate and yet they want to run the country.

I have read stories from the Trump campaign about the number of democrats and independents at their rallies a few times over the last few months. Like you said, if it is true it does spell trouble for the democrats. I do still think we are pretty split as we were in 2016. It will be interesting to see if the split shifted in Trumps favor. He does have a few things working in his favor.

1. He has a track record now and whether the dems like it or not it is pretty strong on results (the economy, trade deals, energy policy, ISIS destruction, Killing terrorists, illegal immigration etc. etc. etc.) People that did not like an unproven person in the white house do not have that concern now.

2. He has the power of incumbency and the trappings of the office. The white house, AF1, the world's stage etc. He will have the SOTU tonight and my guess is he will be on fire.

3. The democrats cannot get anything done. They have wasted 3+ years on a disproven dossier, the Mueller probe and now impeachment. The look like the gang that cannot shoot straight. with Schiff as their front man, ha!

4. The Horwitz report scorched the DOJ/FBI for their handing of their investigations and there is another shoe to drop with the Durham investigation.

5. They have perhaps the worst field of candidates they have had since....when?

6. The democrats now have a debacle in their first Caucus in Iowa. They cannot run their own party caucus but want to run the country.
