To little, to late? Will it make a difference? About half the younger pilots are leaving the units I'm familiar with. Can't say I blame them.

I was selected for 153A and will be attending WOCS this June as an 11yr SSG, so I'm assuming these incentive pay programs won't be relevant until I'm up for retirement. That being said, I could see staying for them. If I wanted to fly FW I would've applied for USAF.

This is basically flight incentive pay for Aviators. So once you start Common Core and begin flight training is when you'll start receiving the incentive pay.
