Senior officer warns Norad can’t detect Russian bombers in time, needs upgrades

We need to put funding, Canada, toward NORAD. Money and hundreds of millions in grants toward climate change may make instant climate change a self-fulfilling prophecy from a Nuclear war. Canada says it cannot afford new F-18s, new Destroyers and Frigates but it does give money away to 3rd world countries yet it only puts 1.2% of GDP toward Defense.
