Philippine leader threatens to end U.S. military pact

May not be wise with big bad China sitting there waiting but hey it's his decision.

I believe they've sung this tune before ala:Subic Bay Naval Base and then cried about the loss of revenue with no US military spending. Oh well, carry on Duterte, end that son of a bitch.
