This is just one task. The fact of the matter is, the US has spent trillions of dollars on recent wars while China pursues imperialism using diplomacy, economics, and military. They bought leases to ports in 40 countries, and definitely wants to put the clamps down in the Pacific like the Japanese did in WWII. I can go on but don't feel like it.
