I am from Mississippi so let me chime in. Mike Espy is a crooked thief. I made the mistake of voting for him when he ran in 1987 as a US Representative...the next term I changed my tune. He is a sneaky snake oil salesman and to have him in the Senate would be disastrous for our state. Not because of his race but because of him being who he is...period. Although he was acquitted of over thirty corruption charges you don't get 30 charges brought up against you if some of them aren't true. One is an anomaly and two is a trend.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - In my eyes yes...there were people that worked for him and with him that left him and said he was guilty...they saw it first hand but he just got the evidence whitewashed so they couldn't hit him with all of it. When it comes to politics, he is dirty...well, as most of them are anyway.
