It's already a Iranian proxy war. They support who they like and probably subsribe to common enemies are now friends.

MAJ Ken Landgren Well with Our Nuclear Deal with Them Relations were Improving, Slowly but Surely but We Screwed that Up. Then there was the Opportunity to Improve Relations thru the Kurdish Community Connections with Iran but Once Again We Screwed the Pooch on that One Too.
